The Baxter Diary of Events is a full-colour booklet targeted at all people in the greater Cape Town area, tourists, visitors and residents alike, aged 9 to 99, who are interested in 'live' entertainment, wanting an occasion to go out, and an opportunity to feel enriched. The secondary target market consists of people or organisations using the Centre's conference facilities.

5 Diaries published per annum, 2 with a lifespan of 3 months, 3 with a lifespan of 2 months:

Two-month diary print run – 18 000

Distribution
6 000 distributed via Computicket offices and the foyer of the Baxter Theatre Centre
